I don't think I could pick a favorite app. If I had to go with something, I choose apps that I spend the most time using... And in that case it would be like this:
1- iBooks
2- MobileRSS
3- Mail
Then again, I'm in and out of apps all day, I've got like 200 or so. I think I'm addicted to the AppStore.
