Latin-3 (Esperanto & Maltese) Support for Netscape 2, 3, 4

These three patches add Latin-3 support to Netscape Navigator 2.0,
3.0, and 4.0. You will be able to read Esperanto and Maltese web pages
using only native Macintosh fonts -- without installing non-Macintosh
(ISO-8859-3) fonts.

ResEdit is required.
