Latest iPhone software download

Since I've downloaded the most recent iPhone software, I've lost the ringtones I'd created. When I sync my phone to my PC, "Ringtones" says they're on my phone, but I'm Sounds on my phone, it only shows the ones that come with all phones. Any ideas?
