Can't choose a video to open

Postby pimaxc » February 16th, 2012, 2:36 pm

Just downloaded this software and when I go to open a video nothing is clickable within your app. I can't even click on cancel to get out of the dialog box. I have tried reinstalling, but to no avail.

I'm running a thunderbolt MacBook Pro with Lion if that is of consequence.

Hmm, just fired it up on Lion and it seems to work fine. Are you able to get to the point of selecting a video?

Are you using the latest version from the Mac App Store?

That's very strange. I'm unable to reproduce that on several Lion machines I have here, and I haven't had any reports of anything like that before, so my best thought right now is something specific to your machine - perhaps some kind of third party software or drivers interfering with ArrayShaker's behavior. Try restarting in Safe Mode and running ArrayShaker and see if anything changes.

  • Be sure your Mac is shut down.
  • Press the power button.
  • Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
  • Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
