1400 x 1080 PRORES files appear squashed

Array sync is working but the videos are appearing squashed rather than full screen 16:9
the videos play in the correct aspect ratio when opened straight into Quicktime player
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Can you take a screenshot while ArraySync is running for us to see? ArraySync will try to play all of your video's pixels - it doesn't recognize "clean aperture" or anything like that - which may be what you're experiencing here. I would try just exporting your video to some other format like Apple Intermediate.

I am having this same issue! I already created a new topic with my question but basically the same thing. The program squashes all my 16:9 widescreen videos and displays them in 4:3, even though my monitors are widescreen as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!
