Video not outputing in widescreen

ArraySync is great and works for what I need it to do but has one problem. All my videos get squashed into 4:3 aspect ratio when I put them in the program. Is there any way to fix this? They are all 16:9 widescreen and the program recognizes that my monitors are widescreen. Any help would be appreciated and soon. I need to have this fixed by next week. The black bars you see on the right and left side of each video in the picture show that its being squashed down and it shouldn't. :-/ Help please!
