I am using Array sync on Mac mini.

Is there any way to play multiple video files (12 files)?
It seems to play only one file.

I am sorry if I miss something dumb here.
Please give me the instruction if there is a way.

ArraySync doesn't have a "playlist" feature, despite that being often requested. The reason is actually pretty simple - there's no way to accurately compensate for the gap between playback of two videos in a playlist, at least not that I've figured out.

You'll have to combine the videos into one long video before sending it to ArraySync.
