Gaming graphic cards vs professional graphic cards

Is there any difference for ArraySync what type of graphic card it uses? Did anyone used ArraySync with FirePro cards? Other software often specify that it work better either on gaming cards or professional ones. I just wonder are there any known issues with pro cards.
Considering AMD products:
Radeon gaming cards that are strong for games, but limited screens output.
FirePro professional cards - more reliable, designed to output up to 6 screens from a single card.
