Is it worth the upgrade from 3.5?

You lose the standalone app Soundtrack, but gain a LOT of improvements.

For most people, the Soundtrack loss is a non-issue, Garageband does the job. For a few, it's a deal-breaker.

I wonder if u can still keep it from 3.5, I would assume so and I checked Apples' site. I guess it's really a mute point, I rarely used soundtrack, and you're right, Garageband is a lot more useful for my needs.

I'm only correcting you here so you don't get heckled in other less-friendly fora.

It's "moot" point, not "mute." It comes from legal (and Latin) terminology.

No big deal, it's the kind of thing most of us have slipped up on many a time before. Just thought you ought to know.
