Command + F in Safari not working

Command + F in Safari not working

I'm on my friend's MacBook and Command + F in Safari does nothing. Very random and strange, anyone have any idea why this might be?

And the keys are working fine for everything else? Maybe your friend accidentally disabled it, that seems weird, and those are my only ideas.

I don't think there is a way to disable that key combination in Safari.
