Current options for Intel Mac Mini upgrades?

What are the current options for Mac Mini processor upgrades? What is the fastest available processor that one could put into a Mini? Has anyone done it? I haven't heard much on this since people first started doing it two years ago, and surely by now there are newer better options.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.
