Do you shut down your Macbook Pro when you are not using it?

Do you shut down your Macbook Pro when you are not using it? Or is it better to leave it on for weeks?

I leave my MacBook Pro on most of the time. Sometimes I shut it down when I'm going to travel with it, but even then, not very often. Have never had a problem. :)

I shut it down at the end of the day when I am not using it. I also condition the battery every month to six weeks. :-)

I have a habit of full shut down when I'm finished using my PowerBook.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

I tend to never shut down my MBP for anything other the occasional troubleshooting.

I just got my MacBook Pro today and whenever I go to get a snack or a drink or to the toilet I just close it
