Any suggestion for solving audio sync problem?

Hi all. I'm running Handbrake and trying to convert FLV videos downloaded from YouTube to MP4 for my new iPhone, but the original video seems have a little bit problem. The audio is not in sync with the video. Handbrake could do nothing in this case. Any suggestions?

Handbrake is your first choice. But it will take a longer time during the converting process. Or MPEG Streamclip along with MacX video converter pro will handle mp4 file. make your choice.

Or just use
MacTubes it's super easy and does everything for you including the downloading from YouTube part.
