Has anyone used Automator to change screen saver at regular times?
For eg, I want the screen saver to change to the rss feed in tue morning for news headlines, the screen to be set to turn off through tue day (while I'm at work) and then change to photos when I get home.
Im basically look to have these changes set to change automatically. Is this possible, and has anyone done ssomething similar?

Re: Automator to change screensaver
Quartz Composer, which is part of the optional Developers Tools, is the right tool for this job. There are built-in templates for visualizing RSS feeds as well as composing screensaver components that require little to no coding. Depending on version -- Leopard or Snow Leopard -- one would need to do a little research into the documentation to add a scheduling pane.
