Old Harddrive from old Macbook with bootcamp in new MacBook?

I have a hardrive from my last macbook. It has been split by bootcamp for windows and mac os. Can I put that harddrive into my new macbook and use the bootcamp program without problems with the motherboard or any other software or hardware?
