Re: Uwavou
Sorry posted by mistake before I finished the post! Did I tell you I was new to this?
I wanted to add that I have drawn a blank searching Google for a solution for this. Most helpful posts relate to pc.
Any help gratefully received.

Re: Uwavou
keltygordon, I had this same problem, and like you, spent WAY too much time searching Google, only to find the answer to the problem in PC computers. So I found a place (sorry, I didn't save it) but it told me to "reset Firefox" - which fixed the problem for me.
in Firefox, go to the Help menu, choose Troubleshooting information, then click "reset Firefox". It won't delete your bookmarks, or saved info.. and it only took a minute. Try it. Good luck!

Hi thanks for the reply.I have both chrome and safari browsers. I do not use Firefox. I will have a look to see if I can do something similar with these web browsers.
Thanks again.
