IMAC G4 700 running 10.3.9 won't boot.

I have an IMAC G4 700 with 512 megs of ram that will not boot since I ran a program that removes unneded languages and also lets you remove aaarchetectures that are above what the G4 does.I downloaded a help file on my IPAD which says as one of the remedies to attach a firewire cable from a Mac that has firewire and attach it to the G4 and use the new macs disc repair program to fix the G4.I think it's called target disk mode.My new Mac is an Intel Core I5 running the latest Mountain Lion.

Hello, sorry to hear that. Yeah it's pretty much universally disrecommeded that you use such applications to "clear up space" on your Mac. You're going to have to locate a PowerPC-compatible startup disc, which would be Leopard or lower. The one you have for an Intel Mac will not work.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.
