Nostalgia for the past is great but don't let it hold you back from present and future technology.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

I kind of miss it too. I've never had any issues with System 7 and it worked great.

gather the necessary bits to make sheepshaver work and run System 7 on it if you like. You'll quickly realise that nostalgia is nice for a visit, but you can't really go home again.
