I upgraded my iPod touch to 1.1.3 with the jailbreak, but now nothing that has DRM will play. does anyone know if it is possible to rejailbreak in some way that will allow me to play music from iTunes again or do I need to downgrade to 1.1.1 for now?

You're replying to a post from two years ago. Current software version is 3.1.2.

I would imagine the OP found a solution a long time ago.

I would say it's still better to have an answer of some kind rather than leave an old topic unfinished.

As someone who travels a lot between Canada and the US, I have no choice -- to get my iPhone to work in both countries I have to jailbreak it so that I can unlock it.

Other than having more customisation options, I personally find little reason to jailbreak if you don't need to unlock your iPhone -- the outside-the-app-store apps are, with few exceptions, pretty pathetic.

But, if you want to do it, I have always found the tutorials and software available from iClarified to be very useful.

Agree. The creativity and what's allowed outside the App Store is exceptional. Jailbreak is the only way to go!
