Well, I guess my favorite utility app would be the flashlight app! Can't go anywhere in the night without it!

I guess it depends on what you consider a "utility" app. I use Tweetdeck more than any other single app, but when someone says "utility" I think of something to do with the system itself.
I have an original iPhone, and the most useful "utility" app I have (I had to jailbreak it to unlock it to use it in this country) is A2DP, a utility that allows the iPhone 2G to use Bluetooth stereo headphones. This is obviously an unofficial app but it just enables an ability the 2G had already that was hidden.
Having this app meant I could go for walks and keep my iPhone in my pocket. Marvellous.

Wikipidea is the best utility app I ever had, whatever I need to know is there. I use it almost everyday.
