Purchases on my iPhone?

I was going to run a restore on y iPhone 4 because I was getting some weird audio glitches while listening to me iPod, but when I try to restore it says ive got purchases on my iPhone that aren't in my iTunes library? I've backed up my iPhone and clicked transfer purchases about 3 times now and its still saying that I haven't transferred all my purchases?

Same happens with me... I lost 25 books from iPhone library
