iPad tv connections

Does anyone know if iPad can connect to a television and play movies with RGB cables? (alternate to HDMI)?

Yes there are cables that plug into the iPad to either Composite or Component around $35, just check the online store in accessories. They don't mirror screen though but movies no problems as you requested
