How to adjust flash settings on iPhone 4s??

Just recieved my new iPhone. The camera is great except when I try to use the flash. Pictures come out fuzzy. I have tried removing the case. This does not seem to help. Any suggestions?

There's nothing really wrong with the iPhone camera's flash so, you're either not focusing properly or your case is obstructing part of the flash, causing it to scatter. To focus, tap on the part of the picture you want to focus on before taking the picture.
