iOS 5 Personal Hotspot

I have just upgraded my iPhone 4 with iso 5.0.1 and I cannot see Personal Hotspots on my setting screen. Can anyone help please.

in my case I had to have ATT turn on there hotspot data feature before it came up on my iPhone 4...
