No sound with iPod/music and you tube on my iPad.
I purchased my iPad from my brother when hr got himself an ipad2. He said only problem he had was Sirius app stopped sound, but he updated iOS and all was well. Well, I now have no sound from the above apps. The music also just shows it is playing and then randomly jumps to another song after 45 sec.... Youtube videos run, but no sound. While in play mode the music will break through for a sec or less. Game apps all play noise fine. Now it gets even better. The other night the iPod function spontaneously worked, and I checked you tube and it was working with sound as well. I played many songs and watched vido
