iPhone 4s sends SMS and looks like it came from my wife

Hi,

Am hoping someone has experienced this issue. When I send an SMS text from my iPhone 4s to my wife it is indicating on her iPhone 4s that it came from her. If she replies to the message I get it on my phone but if she selects my name from the address book I don't receive it.
I haven't tried to send an SMS as yet to anyone else's phone so not sure if the same thing will occur.

Has anybody experienced this and know how to fix it?

She saved your phone number under her name.
Just double check on her iphone the phone numbers under your name and her name.
