Have jailbroke iPhone 4S 6.1.2 is there an app that allows you to play movies . I have hbo go installed on phone, would like to strem it to ps3 media share does not let you stream apps such as hbo go

I don't believe there is a way to do that, since HBO GO is neither an Apple or Sony product.
