os 9 issue

i have some os 9 problems

disc images do not mount i get the application the created the file can not be found
what do i need to do so disc images mount

If it is a .iso or a .dmg, try burning to a cd/dvd, but I imagine you'll have to do that on an OS X machine. I don't remember much about OS 9, but I don't think it ever featured using disk images natively.

More information would be helpful.
OS 9 handles disk images natively.

Try dropping it on Stuffit Expander, that usually does the trick. It sounds like you have deeper issues or the .img file is wanky, Rebuild the Desktop, Zap the PRAM.

If you find a way to mount .dmg images in Mac OS 9, please share the details. I looked long and hard for a way to mount .dmg images in OS 9 and came up with nothing.
