Sirius/xm app

Hello.

Is anyone else having horrific trouble with the Sirius/xm app on their iPhone? I have called xm 10 times and they are now telling me it's a problem with the app not the service from them. Is there a work around or a fix or something that can be done to fix this issue.

Basically I get kicked out every 15 minutes telling me to contact customer support and then have to log back in only to be told that a premium subscription is required to access this app. I've had a sub since the day the app was released.

Can any one help?

Looks like SIRIUS XM Radio Inc has two apps on the app store - XM SkyDock and SIRIUS XM Premium Online. Which app are you talking about? Or is it not one of these?
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

I have the premium online app.

You're saying, you called SIRIUS and they told you they can't help you with their own app?
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.
