Post your Uniquely Special Photos

Post by Turboladdade » December 5th, 2007, 12:25 pm

This photo is special for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it was taken by myself at the United 93 memorial, located at the crash site, which was surprisingly crowded. Secondly, the flag is backlit in a way that isn't oftenly seen in photos. Third, if you look closely you can see the moon in the sky.

I didn't realize how nice this photo was until returning home. I almost deleted it from my camera during the trip!

I like that picture. Here is one of mine, that I took this summer on a trail in Waterton, Canada.

My family visited the Jamestown colony this summer. I thought this pic of my 2 youngest peering down a well was cute.

I like how the well is clearly labeled "well" in that sign... just in case you weren't sure.

I took this photo during a recent snowstorm... in April! What's unique about this photo is that it's 3:00 in the morning. Was pitch black outside, but thanks to the streetlight + snow + very long exposure, the picture turned out pretty bright.

Some great shots in this bunch. Looks like we've got some decent photogs in the bunch here. I wouldn't know where to begin posting my shots. As a photographer, I shoot thousands of pics a year. I'll see if I can pick a few faves soon though.

On the rare occasion I even shoot film I have a Canon Elan 7NE, but in digital I have 2 bodies. Canon Rebel XT and a Canon EOS 5D. But beyond that I choose my lenses carefully. Canon 28-105 f/4-5.6, Canon 50mm f/1.8, Sigma 50mm macro f/2.8, Sigma 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 and my baby the Canon 100-400L f/4.

You can upload photos from the full desktop version of the Info-Mac website. iForum (the app) doesn't have photo uploading capability yet.
