That's pretty outdated you'll be extremely limited by today's standards. What Mac is this running on?

Yeah, I must agree that a Mac OS X 10.3.9 is outdated. So far, the thing about Mac computers is that an upgrade to a new model every two or three years is necessary. Yeah, call it the cost of living, but that is how it goes. BTDT.

Mountain Lion works on iMacs going back to 2007 so, that's not entirely accurate.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

OK, by 2007 Macs were into the OS X 10.4.x series, but they are now so old that apparently Apple stores might not service them anymore, which is why it is a good plan to upgrade to a new Mac every few years or so. In fact I have a brand new, later-2007 iMac in a factory wrapped, unopened box, which Apple now considers to be somewhere near obsolete. And that is a heartbreaking shame because the OS X Tiger is among the best of all Apple/Macs ever made!
