Arraysync interface

Post by nightstand » January 28th, 2014, 11:51 pm

We are using a collection of LED monitors - 25 arranged 5x5. They are daisy-chained via ethernet. Can Arraysync see them in this type of layout via ethernet from my MacBook Pro running Maverick? We have other Macs, running various OS's.

Thanks
Randy

Just for clarification - are you saying they're all attached to other Macs? Like, a bunch of Macs on the same network, powering 25 displays?

If so, then yes.
I am now telling the computer exactly what it can do.

No, they are 25 different LED screens that are daisy-chained via ethernet and power.
We are using a http://www.led-card.com/product_info.ph ... cts_id=160
to send media to it.

The 25 panels need to be configured by another external device that is controlled by a PC.
The device is a: Linsn SB-8 Sender Box

I Do NOT want to have to use Windoze at all, especially with the nature of what we are using the monitors for.

PLEASE HELP! I hope you have a Mac solution in your memory banks or bag of tricks.

ArraySync can achieve what you want but each of your 25 screens would have to be directly connected to a Mac. Probably not the solution you're looking for, sorry!

No, definitely not. They are all independent monitors that work independent of a computer.

Thanks,
